Du\u0161evn\u00e9 vlastn\u00edctvo<\/a> (DV) m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 v podstate v\u0161etko, \u010do bolo vytvoren\u00e9 \u013eudskou mys\u013eou. Je\nto \u010fal\u0161ia kateg\u00f3ria majetku, ktor\u00e1 existuje popri hmotnom majetku (dom, auto alebo\ntelev\u00edzor).<\/p>\n

V dne\u0161nej dobe m\u00f4\u017eeme pokojne poveda\u0165, \u017ee du\u0161evn\u00e9 vlastn\u00edctva sa skr\u00fdva takmer vo\nv\u0161etkom. Napr\u00edklad vo va\u0161ich pr\u00edbehoch, ma\u013eb\u00e1ch, blogoch, vyn\u00e1lezoch, programoch,\nzna\u010dk\u00e1ch<\/a>, vide\u00e1ch, hudobn\u00fdch vyst\u00fapeniach, dizajne<\/a> nov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov, procesoch alebo\nvzoroch.<\/p>\n

Kreativita, inteligencia a s nimi spojen\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00e9 vlastn\u00edctvo s\u00fa t\u00fdm, \u010do technologicky a\nkult\u00farne posunulo \u013eudstvo tam, kde je dnes. Je to v\u010faka na\u0161ej schopnosti vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 nov\u00e9 veci.\nA to je na du\u0161evnom vlastn\u00edctve to najhodnotnej\u0161ie a najzauj\u00edmavej\u0161ie - \u017ee jeden jednoduch\u00fd v\u00fdtvor m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu hodnotu ako je cena v\u00e1\u0161ho domu, \u010di cena celej fabriky.<\/p>\n

Du\u0161evn\u00e9 vlastn\u00edctvo je preto pre za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00face podniky ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, ke\u010f\u017ee predstavuje\nspravidla to najcennej\u0161ie, \u010do tieto podniky maj\u00fa. Ke\u010f toti\u017e za\u010d\u00ednate podnika\u0165, tak zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a\nnevlastn\u00edte budovy, tov\u00e1rne, aut\u00e1, mili\u00f3ny v\u00fdrobkov a zamestnancov. Vlastn\u00edte v\u0161ak hodnotu,\nktor\u00e1 je obsiahnut\u00e1 vo va\u0161om nehmotnom majetku, vo va\u0161om du\u0161evnom vlastn\u00edctve, napr\u00edklad\nv know-how alebo softv\u00e9ri.<\/p>\n
